Description  of  Production  Supervisor
  
-Coordinate  execution  of  production  plan  across  shifts  

-Monitor  and  evaluate  Cell  Leader  goals;  driving  for  standardized  effective  solutions  to  existing  problems  
  
-  Maintain  a  strong  presence  in  the  manufacturing  areas  

-Reward  and  recognize  individual  and  team  performance

-Provide  effective  leadership,  guidance,  coaching,  communication,  learning  and  development  for  the  Cell  Leaders  

-Implements  discipline  processes  to  ensure  compliance  to  code  of  conduct  and  desired  work  behaviors  
  
-  Audit  Cell  Leaders,  support  and  maintain  5s  in  areas  of  responsibility.  

-Monitor  the  5S  action  lists  in  a  timely  manner  

-  Audit  Cell  Leaders'  standardized  work  to  ensure  adherence  to  standard  processes  and  procedures  
  
Qualifications

-University  Degree  with  major  in  Engineering  or  Mechanical

-3  -  5  years  experience  in  multinational  companies  in  machining  industry

-Experience  in  Aerospace  companies

-Experience  in  production  or  operations
