The  GM  shall  be  responsible  for  the  daily  operations  of  company  pursuant  to  the  leadership  of  the  Board  of  Directors  (BOD)  and  shall  have  the  authorities  and  responsibilities  defined  in  the  Joint  Venture  contract  and  the  Articles  of  Association  and  Board  Resolution.  
The  GM  shall  represent  the  company  in  its  external  relations  and  activities  within  the  scope  authorized  by  the  BOD  
The  GM  shall  implement  the  decision  adopted  by  the  BOD  
He  has  the  responsibilities  of  setting  up  a  rigorous  MOS,  MOR,  SIOP  and  implementing  HOS  in  the  plant.  He  has  to  ensure  that  HSE,  delivery  and  Quality  are  of  utmost  priority.  
He  has  responsibilities  of  ensuring  integrity  of  financial  reports

This  is  a  leadership  position  in  the  Integrated  SupplyChain.  The  incumbent  will  provide  leadership  to  the  ISC  function  in  Xiamen,  China.  
The  incumbent  should  have  strong  skills  to  manage  the  Joint  Venture(JV)  partner  and  JV  Management,  with  a  focus  to  manage  multiple  stakeholders  
In  addition  to  the  ISC  responsibilities,  incumbent  will  provide  general  leadership  to  a  matrix  organization  comprised  of  Manufacturing,  Human  Resources,  Supply  Chain,  Engineering,  Finance,  Quality,  and  Facilities.  
Strategic  responsibilities:  
?Provides  strategic  direction  for  all  ISC  activities  and  assists  in  the  development  of  the  business  STRAP  
?Develops  a  manufacturing  strategy  and  drives  an  effective  ISC  goal  deployment  process  that  aligns  with  STRAP.  
?Ensures  that  site  productivity  and  transition  projects  are  successfully  executed.  
?Build  consensus  across  multiple  organizations  and  effectively  work  with  multiple  customers  and  stakeholders.  
Operational/Financial  Responsibilities:  
?Develop  and  execute  the  AOP  and  budget.  
?Drive  site  to  achieve/surpass  financial  commitments.  
?Manage  inventories  to  achieve  cash  flow  goals.  
?Drive  functional  excellence  within  all  functions  and  departments.  
?Ensure  a  safe  work  environment  for  employees.  
?Integrate  key  elements  of  Supply  Chain  to  improve  linearity  and  predictability  of  core  processes.  
?Manage  capacity/schedules  to  achieve  OTTR.  
?Ensure  that  people,  cost,  quality,  and  delivery  goals  are  met.

Position  Complexity:
