We  are  looking  for  a  trustworthy  and  loyal  Manager  who  is  a  strong  team  player  with  several  years  of  experience  as  a  general  manager  for  an  international  Company,  or  an  experienced  assistant  Manager  of  a  larger  company,  who  is  ready  to  take  up  responsibility  to  manage  a  strongly  growing  and  motivated  team  with  over  100  employees.

We  are  the  international  market  leader  for  innovative,  mechanical  engineering  components  in  selected  target  industries.  For  our  manufacturing  plant  in  China,  we  are  looking  for  an  experienced  individual,  to  lead  our  Chinese  business  as  a  General  Manager  to  dominant  market  positions.  The  plant  is  based  in  in  Jiangsu  Prov  of  China

Qualifications  and  Experience:

trustworthy,  reliable  and  good  leadership  skills

experience  as  a  General  Manager

engineering  education  with  qualifications  in  business  management  or  similar

excellent  English  Language  capability,  other  languages  would  be  a  plus
experience  in  sales  with  international  key  accounts
quick  learner  in  technical  matters

Strong  motivator  and  team  player
