Quality:

3.        To  ensure  that  internal  PPM,s  are  continual  below  3000PPM  (Set  by  Directors)
4.        Continual  ensure  that  customer  Audits  are  passed  to  the  highest  standard  and  their  requirement  are  always  followed.
5.        Continual  improvement  to  the  quality  Systems  and  Business  Process  Improvement  are  essential.
6.        Ensure  that  customer’s  queries  and  complaints  are  adequately  dealt  within  the  time  frames  (Including  accounts).
7.        To  continual  strive  to  improve  our  Customers  Quality  mangers  perception  of  our  business.  Provide  overall  direction  for  the  development  of  Quality  Culture

Requirement：
1.        Related  Major  of  Bachelor  Degree  or  Above  with  Mechanical  and  Production  Engineering  Technology
2.        At  least  more  than  8  years  working  experience  in  aerospace  quality  area.  Working  experience  in  famous  multinational  aerospace  company  is  a  plus.  
3.        Must  have  management  experience  of  department.  
4.        Knowledge  of  quality  standards  of  aerospace  (such  as  AS9100),  also  should  familiar  with  famous  Aerospace  company  like  Goodrich,  Airbus  and  GE  etc  al.  
5.        Expert  of  quality  analysis  tools  including  6  sigma,  FEMA  and  SPC  etc  al.  
6.        Have  knowledge  of  inspection  tools  is  a  plus.  
7.        Advanced  knowledge  of  aerospace  manufacturing  industry,  and  especially  for  the  parts  making.
8.        Analytical  mind  and  are  able  to  see  the  "big  picture".
9.        Good  ability  to  communicate  and  coordinate  among  different  departments  with  high  level  of  conscientiousness.
10.Team  builder,  customer  service  and  continued  improvement  mindset.  Be  able  to  lead  the  team  toward  the  company  goals  and  can  champion  the  change.
11.Good  written  and  oral  abilities  in  both  English  and  Mandarin.
12.Willing  to  live  in  Yanliang  or  Xi’an.
